Mic stand adapter stuck.

Don t mean to revive an old post but going along with micdaddy on this i had to think of it for a second before i read mic s comment i used needle nose pliers spread them apart to get a good grip on the screw from the inside and it worked like a charm so smooth. I ve tried using pliers to do because i keep slipping but that just scratched the adapter up i didn t even tighten it at all the last time i put it on the pole because i noticed it was getting harder to take off. Hi there my sm7b is stuck to the mic stand the part at the bottom of it that you twist to loosen it as i have done many times before won t budge. 12 years ago.
